    This is a new location for Biggby and a long-awaited one. With its close proximity to Auto-Owners, this location will do well I'm sure. I went in about a week after they opened. Although the drive-thru window wasn't operational yet, the staff inside the store were upbeat, kind, and knowledgable about their drinks.

    I'll be back to try the drive-thru and update my review when they've got a little time to get in the swing of things.

    My husband and I stopped in on a rainy afternoon to get some work done, mostly wanting a quiet place to work. We mostly got our wish, as the place was empty inside, with orders coming into the drive through. I ordered a hot chocolate and my husband got a latte; both were just ok. The latte had a very loose foam, not the dense, velvety layer he wanted, and even though it claimed to be a dark hot chocolate, my beverage was overly sweet. There is free wifi, which was important given that we wanted to work. The chairs aren't especially comfortable and the table was small, so I wouldn't recommend this place for long work sessions, or for coffee connoisseurs, but it's fine if you just want a drink and a place to sit for a while.

    This Biggby location is soooooooo slow. I've been visiting this location since it first opened and it's always been this way. At first I let it slide because it was a new location, but I don't understand why it'd still be an issue now. I usually go to Starbucks because the coffee is better and they're much quicker and the staff is friendlier, but I'll go here if I don't feel like driving out of my way and I feel like I always regret it because it ends up taking 10-15 minutes, yikes! On the plus side...it's not the WORST coffee I've ever had lol

    I just left this location and the workers are rude! My drinks didn't even taste right and after I explained that we didn't like one of the drinks and wanted to switch it out one of the girls thought it would be funny to say "I literally just asked them if they wanted the other" if your have something smart to say after I nicely asked for something make sure you do it when the customer isn't right there!!!

    I love that BIGGBY sells Fair-trade coffee.   It is why I love this place.  I just came to this one for the 3rd day in a row and realized they have not given me the points for my drinks the prior two days. That is annoying.  I can call a number to fix it, but I don't want to call a number. I want the points given to me when I purchased the drinks so I do not have to do extra work later.
